Your responsibilities:

Supplier management
  • You are responsible for the creation, coordination and implementation of purchasing and supplier strategies, as well as their optimisation and expansion
  • You will conduct contract and price negotiations and conclude framework agreements with our suppliers 
  • You manage an international circle of suppliers and process their enquiries and projects

Portfolio management & new project development
  • You have an active role in awarding new projects as part of our regular product range changes and work closely with Product Marketing in this area
  • In this context, you will be responsible for coordinating and checking the plausibility of budget figures together with the planning department and product marketing
Purchasing controlling
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the supplier portfolio and key procurement figures: Readiness to deliver, production capacities, price development
  • Controlling, analysis and interpretation of key economic figures, e.g. at supplier and product group level, including the development of optimisation measures

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed business studies
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing, purchasing controlling or category management in the FMCG industry
  • Confident handling of common MS Office products, especially very good knowledge of Excel 
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as an independent and solution-orientated way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
