Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.
- Preparation and organization of monthly and annual closings, as well as budget and forecasting processes
- Creation and continuous improvement of management reports and profitability analyses for decision-making.
- Independent preparation of variance analyses and ad hoc analyses, including actionable recommendations.
- Contribution to financial analysis of key investments and support for initiatives aimed at efficiency and cost optimization.
- Further development of reporting tools (e.g., dashboards/cockpits) and internal analyses, in cooperation with Headquarters.
- Participation in internal projects related to process improvement and system development (including AI tools).
- Support in cost controlling with focus on general & administrative costs, logistics, and CAPEX, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
- Business partnering with specialized departments (including Sales) to support budget preparation, forecasting, and customer strategy discussions.
- Preparation of regular KPI reports and performance analyses (e.g., P&L, customer P&L) for internal and external stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience in Controlling as well as experience in the FMCG/consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical skills and process understanding, with eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style, combined with strong team spirit and collaboration mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines (e.g., closing, budget, forecast).
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on approach.
- Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including visits to HQ in Germany.
