Junior Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) - fixed-term contract for 1 year, with option of unlimited extension
This position is based in Milan and offered with a fixed-term contract of one year. An unlimited extension is possible after the initial period.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Sales Team to manage daily and on-going operational activities for retailers both offline and online;
- Providing updates and insights to the team at different level with regular analysis on sell-in & sell-out;
- Performing special projects and analysis to be performed together with the Sales Operations Manager / Key Account Manager in Italy and in Germany.
- Close cooperation and exchange internally in the Italian team as well as with the Headquarter, cosnova Germany in Sulzbach.
- Supporting the team into translation & labelling processes from Headquarter (from English to Italian) being aware also of legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed your University Degree in Business Administration/Economy or similar studies;
- Short experience in the consumer goods segment or management consulting companies;
- Excellent written and spoken English - mandatory due to interaction with the German headquarter;
- Solid knowledge/handling of MS Office, mainly with Excel, Power Point and a sound knowledge of SAP;
- Problem solving and strong analytical predisposition;
- Proactive, goal-oriented way of working with a strong sense of collaboration, team spirit, positivity, resilience, hands on mentality & flexibility.
- Customer orientation, good communication abilities and passion for sales.
