Responsibilities:
- Independent support and handling of the (operative) day-to-day business of our national and international e-commerce customers
- Joint customer management with the responsible Key Account Manager
- Preparation and implementation of regular assortment changes as well as creation of listing data
- Creation as well as internal coordination of advertising and performance measures for customers of the e-commerce channel
- Close cooperation with departments such as Digital Marketing, eCommerce Marketing, Controlling and Supply Chain
- Supervision of internal, cross-customer projects such as development of online assortment compilation, content creation and general optimization of internal processes to meet the needs of e-commerce customers
- Contact person for all internal departments for relevant e-commerce processes and activities
Qualifications:
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a business degree, preferably with an e-commerce focus
- Initial experience in supporting e-commerce customers and/or marketplaces - ideally in the consumer goods sector
- At best experience with e-commerce relevant tools for customer activation (SEO/SEA/PDP creation)
- Fast comprehension, analytical disposition as well as high customer orientation
- Willingness to work successfully in a team and across departments
- Open and clear communication
- Very good written and spoken English
- Familiarity with MS-Office, especially very good knowledge of Excel, ideally also knowledge of SAP
