Sales Operations Manager International / internal sales service (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Independent support of the assigned customers
Organization of the market launch of new standard and limited products at the customers by e.g. planning of quantities and materials, preparation of listing documents
Interface between external sales partners and all related internal departments Independent handling of day-to-day operations as well as initiation and processing of various projects
Close cooperation with the respective Key Account Managers

Qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial training or studies and at least three years of
professional experience in internal sales or comparable activities
Very good written and spoken English, other Asian, LatAm or MENA languages would be an advantage
Familiarity with MS-Office, especially very good knowledge of Excel, ideally also knowledge of SAP
Quick comprehension capability, detail orientation and affinity for numbers
Ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, initiative and a high level of customer orientation
Very good communication skills
