The position is based in our office in MILAN.

Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

  • Manage product data, translations, and sales materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance 
  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, range updates, and limited editions, including product presentations, in coordination with cross-functional teams 
  • Manage pricing activities through the preparation and maintenance of price lists and customer-specific plans 
  • Monitor product performance and support reporting activities in collaboration with Sales teams
  • Coordinate, with Operations, order flows, stock allocation, and product availability to ensure smooth execution and minimize leftovers
  • Maintain and update master data across systems and customer platforms
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment with internal stakeholders and customers 
  • Support e-commerce operations, including product content management and online assortment definition 
  • Collaborate closely with the Italian team and maintain effective communication with the headquarters in Germany

  • Experience in the FMCG industry (preferably in the beauty sector), ideally within S&OP or Customer Service functions, is considered a plus
  • University degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales
  • Proactive and goal-driven approach, with a strong team spirit, collaborative attitude, positivity, resilience, hands-on mentality, and flexibility
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced); knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Native or fluent Italian and good English (B2 or higher) for working with local teams and the German headquarters
