Sales Operations Manager Asia (m/f/d) / Internal Sales Service

Responsibilities:

  • Independent support of the assigned customers
  • Organization of the market launch of new standard and limited products at the customers by e.g. planning of quantities and materials, preparation of listing documents
  • Interface between external sales partners and all related internal departments
  • Independent handling of day-to-day operations as well as initiation and processing of various projects
  • Close cooperation with the respective Key Account Managers (m/f(d)

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or studies and at least three years of professional experience in internal sales or comparable activities 
  • Very good written and spoken English, other Asian languages would be an advantage 
  • Familiarity with MS-Office, especially very good knowledge of Excel, ideally also knowledge of SAP
  • Quick comprehension capability, detail orientation and affinity for numbers
  • Ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, initiative and a high level of customer orientation
  • Very good communication skills
