In this challenging and exciting position, you are responsible for the development and activation of a data-driven marketing strategy, including the areas of global marketing, cosnova B2C and B2B, as well as for the further development of the MarTech landscape in close cooperation with the implementing teams.

It is necessary to develop a data-driven marketing approach, to activate the existing MarTech tools and to implement our campaigns more data-based in cooperation with external partners (media) and the internal teams.
Another important part of the task will be to further develop our general data strategy in order to evaluate, among other things,

  •  how can we successfully establish a "first party data" approach,
  • how do we activate our MarTech set-up in the best possible way and
  • How do we interlink the approaches with our social media, paid media + B2B partner activities?

Your job:

  • Conception, development and implementation of data strategies and use cases in the context of digital marketing
  • Professional validation of the integration of marketing / tracking pixels / tags in our websites
  • Analysis of the different data sources: from classic first party data to campaign data, cookies, social data, B2B data, etc.
  • Development or evaluation of a first party data strategy with the help of our MarTech set-up
  • Identification of further development needs of the MarTech landscape as well as formulation of requirements for the implementing department
  • Development of specific recommendations for action and added value from the data analysis in order to use them specifically in campaigns or testing
  • Operational handling of the Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Planning and implementation of data-driven activities for our (international) focus countries and markets
  • Drive change within digital campaign planning and establish processes that focus on data insights and analysis
  • Promotion of data competence within marketing, e.g. in the form of workshops

Requirements:

  • University degree in an analytical degree course: economics, industrial engineering, mathematics, business or media informatics or similar.
  • Relevant professional experience in analysis, data science, digital marketing and / or media projects
  • Expert knowledge in the field of digital marketing (MarTech, social advertising, digital media), especially performance marketing and e-commerce
  • Very strong conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking
  • Statistical and mathematical understanding
  • Creativity, energy and a high degree of flexibility
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • A high level of understanding of common analysis tools as well as very solid MS Office / 365 knowledge
