Purpose of the role:

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead our Finance & Controlling team. This role focuses on controlling, planning and strategic leadership and offers the opportunity to shape financial processes and performance in close collaboration with our Headquarter in Germany and local business functions. The Team Lead guarantees the strategic and managerial oversight of the entire Finance & Controlling area, fostering process excellence, internal controls and cross-functional support.

Your job:

Own the full planning cycle (budget, forecasts, long-term planning)
Ensure high-quality management reporting, including P&L, KPIs, margin & cash flow analysis
Build analytical tools to support strategic and operational decisions
Drive performance improvement together with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Lead and develop the Finance & Controlling team
Drive process optimization and digitalization (Lucanet, SAP FI/CO, Tableau)

Your profile:

8–12 years of experience in Finance & Controlling, including 3+ years in a leadership or coordination role
Strong expertise in controlling, performance analysis, and financial planning
Advanced skills in ERP/BI tools (SAP CO/FI, Lucanet, Tableau)
Strategic mindset, clear communication, and a hands-on leadership style
Experience in international companies with Headquarter reporting
Fluent in English; German is a plus
