Accountant part-time (m/f/d) (fixed-term contract for 1 year, with option of unlimited extension)

Please note that this position is in part-time. 

Responsibilities:

  • Registration of supplier invoices, Italy and abroad
  • Preparation of payment's schedule
  • Registration of supplier invoices payments
  • Archive of passive invoices
  • Print VAT register - VAT obligations (liquidation, LIPE)
  • Invoice control (fiscal aspects)
  • Note Spese registration
  • In general: flexibility in taking on new responsibilities based on evolving business needs

Qualifications:

  • Accounting diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Confident in the usage of Excel
  • Good knowledge of English when interacting with the German Headquarter
  • Soft skills:
    Well-organized, structured, precise person, used to work under tight deadlines.
    Teamwork, proactive and open mentality due to size of the company.
