Responsibilities:
- You look after and monitor our community on all social media platforms - be it through likes, comments or interactions with fan content, trends and creator content
- You respond quickly, proactively and empathetically to customer inquiries and escalate relevant issues to the right people
- You ensure strong brand loyalty by interacting specifically with our existing community and new target groups
- Identify trends and develop creative, engaging copy that inspires our communities
- You track down new social media trends, content opportunities and relevant conversations in the beauty world
- You provide weekly insights on community sentiment, trending topics and competitor analysis
- You are fast, adaptable and ready to master even routine tasks with enthusiasm
- You love working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
Qualifications:
- Social media is your home: You know Instagram, TikTok & Co inside out and know exactly how to inspire the communities there.
- Storytelling talent: You are curious, analyze what other marketers are doing and have the ambition to make it even better. You formulate creative texts - from captions to responses.
- Community champion: Authenticity and empathy are your strengths. You know how to set up and manage online communities and respond to their needs - always with the right tact and sensitivity
- Agile, organized & always one step ahead: You juggle tasks effortlessly, can react quickly and keep a cool head even in stressful moments.
- Languages: You speak and write English fluently - communication is easy for you, no matter the language
