As a Creative Producer (m/f/d), you will join studio_c, cosnova’s in-house content production team. In this role, you will combine creative concept development with strong production expertise. Working within the brand identities and creative direction of essence and CATRICE, you will develop production-specific concepts and independently steer photo and video productions from brief to final delivery – with a particular focus on e-commerce content.

  • You develop creative concepts for photo and video productions and translate briefs into strong visual approaches – from styling and lighting to movement and storytelling.
  • You independently manage productions from concept and planning through shoot execution and post-production to final delivery, ensuring a consistently high level of creative quality.
  • You act as the central production partner for Brand Marketing, E-Commerce and other stakeholders, balancing creative ambition, business needs, timing, budget and feasibility.
  • You lead interdisciplinary production teams and external partners and take responsibility for production budgets, resources and set-ups.
  • You continuously evolve our production processes and actively explore AI, automation and new technologies to improve quality, speed and efficiency.

  • You have relevant professional experience in creative photo and video production, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, fashion, e-commerce or a comparable environment.
  • You have strong creative and visual judgement and experience independently managing productions within an established brand identity from brief to final delivery.
  • You understand the requirements of e-commerce content and digital formats and have experience managing production teams, external partners, budgets and resources.
  • You communicate confidently with different stakeholders, work in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way and stay on top of things when priorities change.
  • You enjoy taking ownership, have a good understanding of copyright and usage rights and are curious about AI, automation and new production technologies.
