studio_c has successfully evolved into a highly relevant in-house content and production organization. Now it's time for the next chapter: transforming it into a true creative powerhouse and strategic competitive advantage for cosnova.

As Creative Lead (m/f/d), you will take full ownership of the studio. Combining creative vision, strategic leadership, and talent development, you will establish studio_c as a key driver of creative growth for essence, Catrice, and future brands. Reporting directly to our Chief Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative future of cosnova.

  • Take overall responsibility for studio_c and drive its strategic and creative evolution.
  • Define and implement a clear creative vision while positioning studio_c as cosnova’s central creative hub.
  • Elevate creative excellence across all content formats, from social media and e-commerce content to campaign assets.
  • Develop innovative, platform-native content concepts for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Establish efficient processes, quality standards, and workflows to enable scalable creative excellence.
  • Position studio_c as a strategic partner for Brand, Social Media, Media, and international teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of creatives, photographers, videographers, and content specialists.
  • Continuously evolve the in-house studio model and drive innovation, including AI-powered creative processes and workflows.

  • Several years of experience in a senior creative leadership role, ideally within an in-house agency, social-first brand, digital agency, or content-driven organization.
  • Experience within the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture industries.
  • Proven success in leading, developing, and scaling creative teams and organizations.
  • A strong eye for creative excellence, brand stewardship, and visual quality.
  • Deep understanding of platform dynamics, creator culture, and social-first storytelling.
  • The ability to combine creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
