Your job & responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing the company's controlling strategy
- Support the management board in strategic planning and decision-making through well-founded analyses and reports
- Develop and monitor short- and long-term financial plans and budgeting processes
- Lead and further develop the controlling team
- Monitor and analyze company performance, identify areas for improvement, and initiate appropriate measures
- Lead and support cross-functional projects to optimize business processes
- Implement and further develop modern controlling tools and systems
- Further develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of company processes
- Work closely with the finance, business intelligence/data analytics, procurement, sales, and marketing departments, as well as the management board
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 8 years of professional experience in controlling
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience in a similar industry/business environment is desirable or advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of controlling tools and systems
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to lead and develop a team
- High level of initiative, resilience, and a solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
