Director MarTech, GenAI & Digital Marketing Analytics (m/f/d)

We are looking for a visionary, hands-on and tech-savvy leader to join our global digital marketing team as Director MarTech, GenAI & Digital Marketing Analytics. In this key role, you will lead the charge in scaling GenAI adoption across cosnova, building the internal and external AI capabilities that define the next generation of marketing effectiveness.
You will drive the integration of GenAI into our core marketing workflows, content production, audience activation, insights generation and decision-making. At the same time, you will build and manage a high-performing team (15 HC) that connects marketing, analytics, tech, media, creativity, digital product and social. This is a transformation-critical role with strong strategic visibility and impact.
Your job:
- Strategic Leadership & Team Setup
- Define the strategic vision and roadmap for GenAI, MarTech, Digital Marketing Analytics and Digital Products
- Lead and develop a 15-person expert team, incl. talent evaluation and role evolution
- Serve as key interface to IT, BI, Brand, Content Studio, Social, Media and Digital Product
- Manage a strong network of external partners (agencies, platforms, AI providers)
- GenAI Adoption & Transformation
- Make GenAI a core lever of how cosnova works: internally and externally
Identify and scale GenAI use cases across the marketing and digital product value chain - Drive the implementation of Cosnova GPT, GenAI content workflows, product integration and insight automation
- Build a strong AI literacy culture and empower teams through education and enablement

- Digital Products & Experience Layer
- Shape and orchestrate the integration of digital products (e.g. ShadeFinder, SkinCam, MatchFinder, Beauty Data X) into cosnova’s global marketing and consumer ecosystem
- Build a modular, agile and brand-aligned 'Digital Experience Layer' on top of the global tech stack, accelerating speed-to-market and enabling personalization at scale
- Analytics, Measurement & Insights
- Lead marketing analytics, attribution, social listening and decision frameworks
Implement models for journey analytics, content and campaign impact
Refine audience signals and activations across key platforms and touchpoints

Your profile:
- Strategic Tech & Data Competence: Ability to connect digital marketing strategy with MarTech infrastructure, advanced data management, and performance-driven goals – with a focus on scalability and effectiveness.
- AI & GenAI Expertise: Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, including prompt engineering, content generation workflows, and structured frameworks for integrating AI into marketing processes.
- Performance Marketing Insight: Deep understanding of key platform mechanics (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon), algorithmic logic, and attribution models to drive media effectiveness and efficiency.
- Platform Mindset: Strong know-how in dynamic content delivery, real-time optimization, and signal-based planning across owned and paid channels.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Proven experience collaborating with IT, BI, Brand, Content, CRM and external partners to drive aligned and effective marketing initiatives.
- People Leadership: Track record of building, developing and inspiring interdisciplinary expert teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation and high performance.
- Change & Enablement Orientation: Passion for digital transformation and a strong commitment to developing AI capabilities and digital literacy across the organization.
- External Partner Management: Ability to strategically and operationally manage technology providers, data & media partners, and agencies within a high-performing ecosystem.
