Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the target group-oriented conception, planning, implementation, control and follow-up of internal and external events in close ollaboration with other involved departments for:
- Brand events (e.g. appearances at trade fairs and festivals, pop-ups)
- Corporate events (e.g. conferences, appearances at trade fairs, internal celebrations)
- You will professionally manage cross-functional teams within the scope of projects
- You coordinate and manage external agencies and other service providers
- You keep a close eye on the budget and are responsible for project controlling
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in event and / or project management
- Good understanding of brand positioning, corporate identity and our target groups
- High level of creative / conceptual skills and an eye for details
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Composure in meeting tight deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A collaborative team player who enjoys creating new arrangements and has good communication skills
- Willingness to travel and be able to work under pressure
- Positive, can-do attitude
