You own the structural backbone of global media excellence – including frameworks, investment principles, KPI standards, incrementality systems and hub governance.
This role follows an expert track: influence is driven by depth of expertise and strategic authority rather than direct people management.

Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

  • Strategically evolve and scale the Global Media Operating System (GMOS) as the unified operating model across markets
  • Define clear investment principles, channel roles and decision logic to ensure efficient budget allocation
  • Own and develop a global KPI taxonomy including reporting standards and performance guardrails
  • Design and govern incrementality testing frameworks to drive sustainable ROI improvement
  • Systematically embed platform AI, creative AI and Causal AI into media standards and processes
  • Develop a structured prioritization framework for AI use cases in close collaboration with MarTech/GenAI and AI Enablement
  • Conduct structured media audits and QBRs to ensure quality and continuous improvement
  • Identify, standardize and scale best practices across markets
  • Define global governance standards, SLAs and escalation processes with agency partners
  • Strengthen efficiency and clarity between global, hub and local layers

You bring the skills. we give you the space.

  • 8–12+ years of experience in media strategy, media effectiveness or global media governance
  • Proven track record of building scalable frameworks within complex international multi-market organizations
  • Deep expertise in measurement, ROI methodologies, incrementality and data-driven decision making
  • Strong analytical, structural and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable standards
  • High credibility with agencies, regional leads and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable influencing without formal authority
  • AI-fluent, curious and forward-looking in emerging discovery ecosystems
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong implementation orientation
