Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.
- You manage an international portfolio of packaging suppliers and strategically develop our global supplier landscape.
- Together with Packaging Development and Marketing, you are responsible for supplier selection and sourcing decisions as part of our new product development.
- You develop our suppliers in terms of performance, costs, capacities, innovation and long-term collaboration and conduct regular business reviews.
- You ensure sustainable and scalable production capacities, identify supply and capacity risks at an early stage and manage appropriate measures.
- You identify cost and value enhancement potential and conduct price and contract negotiations with our international partners.
- With your understanding of packaging, technologies and production processes, you make well-founded sourcing and portfolio decisions and contribute your expertise to cross-functional projects.
- You further develop our sourcing processes and tools – from reporting and forecasting to capacity planning and supplier performance management.
- You ensure a high quality of our packaging-related data in the PIM system and make sure that relevant information is complete and up to date.

- Successfully completed degree in business administration or a technical field, ideally with a focus on procurement, supply chain or packaging
- Several years of experience in purchasing / procurement / sourcing, ideally in an international FMCG environment
- Experience in supplier management and the development of strategic suppliers
- Proven experience in price negotiations, cost optimization and sourcing
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as confidence in working with KPIs, forecasts, capacities and cost structures
- Technical understanding and interest in packaging, materials and production processes
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as confidence even in critical supply situations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international and cross-functional environment
- Very good Excel skills and confident use of MS Office
- Very good German and English language skills
