- Responsibility for the day-to-day operational purchasing activities, including the review of incoming master data (logistics data), invoices (goods, freight or self-billing invoices) and relevant documents such as packing lists, LLE and certificates of origin (CoO)
- Ensuring compliance with all purchasing and logistics guidelines to guarantee smooth project execution
- Close collaboration with internal and external interfaces to ensure adherence to defined target dates and delivery schedules
- Root-cause analysis and sustainable process optimization based on insights gained from daily operational activities
- Proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders to support and achieve company objectives
- Supporting the further development, standardization and digitalization of company processes within core systems such as SAP, STEP, etc.
- Participation in strategic and operational projects, including requirements gathering, support during system implementations, preparation, execution and documentation of tests, training activities and go-live support

- At least 5 years of professional experience in direct purchasing and procurement, ideally with international suppliers
- Strong user knowledge of Excel, SAP R/3, MS Teams and PowerPoint
- Solid process understanding as well as experience in purchasing controlling and KPI analysis
- Very good negotiation and communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
- Assertiveness, initiative and the ability to think beyond your own area of responsibility
- A team-oriented mindset combined with strong communication and negotiation skills
