Your job:
- Analysis, classification, prioritization and resolution of incoming incidents (1st level support)
- 1st level support for standard applications of the Microsoft product range, in particular Office 365
- Installation, configuration and administration of PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile devices and multimedia technology
- Administrative activities and careful documentation as well as maintenance of the existing Active Directory structure
- Active participation in IT projects
- Instruction and support for company software
Your profile:
- Training as an IT systems integration specialist, IT systems electronics technician or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the helpdesk
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office
- Apple OS knowledge desirable
- A structured way of working and an economic mindset
- Open and communicative
- High service and customer orientation
- Flexibility, high willingness to learn, personal responsibility and enjoy working in a team
- Good knowledge of German and English
