Your Responsibilities:
- You work in a team and will be responsible for the technical concept for the digitalisation of our business processes
- You will provide user support for the existing PIM/MDM application
- You will optimise existing solutions for supplier briefing or solution development, for example using GDSN
- You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing new PIM/MDM applications for our STEP system
- You work in coordination with the individual departments and manage external service providers along the product life cycle.
Your Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in business informatics or comparable training
- Experience as an application developer
- Experience in the coordination of cross-cutting issues across system boundaries and a good technical understanding of interfaces/web services
- Good programming skills in JavaScript and / or an object-oriented language as well as knowledge of software architecture and requirements management
- Expertise in the connection of backend systems (WebServices, XML, JSON, REST)
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of self-organisation
- Fluent in written and spoken English
