Then, you have come to the right place, because we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) position in the Social Media department with a focus on Tik Tok Shop. 

Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

Shop Management & Operational Tasks

  • You will assist in developing ideas and implementing new products for the TikTok Shop.
  • You will use your beauty knowledge and your keen sense for current makeup trends to develop creative product ideas and set concepts.
  • You will assist in optimizing our ordering and logistics processes.
  • You will process orders and ensure that new products arrive at the warehouse on time.
  • You will keep an eye on KPIs and developments in the TikTok Shop and create regular reports and presentations.

Content Creation & Livestreams

  • You will independently brief shoppable TikTok content and plan livestreams for the TikTok Shop together with our creator team.
  • You will assist in brainstorming and producing additional TikTok content for our essence TikTok channel.
  • You will work closely with the digital marketing teams, e-commerce, and external partners in a cross-functional team and actively contribute to the strategic development of our TikTok Shop and the growth of the entire social commerce sector.

  • Degree in media design, communication design, marketing, business administration, or similar, and ideally some initial experience in e-commerce and/or social media
  • Ideally, you are available immediately for at least 12 months (20 hours per week)
  • You enjoy the creative design and implementation of marketing materials and content and have a feel for TikTok trends
  • You are enthusiastic about cosmetics, social commerce, TikTok, and relevant lifestyle topics.
  • You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP (optional), and are very structured
  • Very good German skills and good written and spoken English skills
