Responsibilities:
- Independently supporting decentralized retail partners and ensuring that our products are optimally presented at the POS
- Conducting annual and strategy meetings
- Budget and sales planning
- Customer potential analyses
- Management of the field sales agency
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial studies with at least 2 years of professional experience in Key Account Management
- Experience in working with the LEH and ideally FMCG sector
- Assertive negotiation skills
- Independent working style, excellent analytical and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Good IT user skills - especially Excel, ideally also SAP
