Your job:
- Develop solution concepts for the content management architecture, Amplience system, and the GlobalLink Translation Management System in close collaboration with interface teams (both internal and external)
- Determine and specify business requirements for technical solutions to improve content management and translation systems
- Continuously analyze processes for content creation, management, and translation, and develop recommendations and action plans for improvement and optimization
- Optimize the automation of content creation and delivery in collaboration with the development department
- Monitor real-time content delivery from the content management system
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and interfaces in the content area
- Provide insights to cosnova on the latest innovations and trends in content and translation management automation
Your profile:
- Completed studies with a relevant background, e.g. IT, engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification/education
- Proven experience in the automation of content management processes and the implementation of corresponding software services/solutions
- Excellent knowledge of requirements management approaches, techniques, and tools (requirements engineering)
- Detailed knowledge of content management systems and process automation
- Familiarity with agile software development processes and project management approaches, techniques, and tools (experience with JIRA/Confluence is advantageous)
- Proactive and organized with a pragmatic mentality
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
