Your job:
- You will lead the newly created Marketing Team Europe with experts from Digital Communication, Brand Communication & PR, Assortment Management and Market Analysis.
- You combine global brand strategies with local consumer understanding and act as a bridge between headquarters and the regional markets.
- You are responsible for managing all regional marketing activities - from communication, media and influencer campaigns to product range strategy.
- You focus on growth markets and develop scalable initiatives with a focus on sustainable impact and return on investment.
- You are responsible for a complex, multi-ownership budget and allocate resources to maximize performance.
- You lead with vision and entrepreneurial thinking - always ready to rethink things and drive real change together as a team.
Your profile:
- You have several years of management experience in international marketing, ideally in the beauty or FMCG industry.
- You already have a proven track record in setting up and managing regional marketing structures.
- Strong conceptual skills paired with a hands-on mentality and excellent stakeholder management are a matter of course for you.
- You have a passion for consumers, trends and brands - you know what moves people.
- High level written and spoken English is a must for this position, other European languages are a plus.
