- Ownership: You will manage customer orders from start to finish – from order receipt through to invoicing.
- Customer Focus: As the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the order processing cycle, you will provide professional and reliable support.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional departments, you will help ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- International Business: You will prepare export and customs documentation, contributing to the successful global distribution of our products.
- Service Excellence: You will independently handle customer complaints and issue credit and debit notes, always striving to find customer-focused and efficient solutions.

- Completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the consumer goods industry and international/export business.
- The ability to stay organized under pressure and quickly understand complex situations.
- A structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working with a high level of reliability.
- A conscientious, dependable team player with a genuine passion for collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP SD.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional language skills, such as French, are an advantage.
