As part of our IT Applications team, you will drive the continuous development of our Product Information Management (PIM) platform and support the implementation of a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will design and optimize system integrations that enable efficient product data management.
- Solution Architecture & Consulting: Design, optimize, and support cross-system integrations between our PIM, DAM, and related enterprise applications. Act as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders
- System Integration: Design, develop, and maintain interfaces using REST, SOAP, APIs, and GraphQL while continuously improving system interoperability and data flows
- DAM Implementation: Play a key technical role in the introduction and integration of a new DAM platform, coordinating with internal teams and external implementation partners
- PIM Development: Enhance and configure our PIM platform (currently Stibo STEP) by extending data models, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces
- Operations & Troubleshooting: Ensure reliable system performance, analyze complex technical issues, and continuously improve integrations and data quality
- Collaboration: Work closely with business departments, IT colleagues, and external vendors while documenting technical concepts and solutions

- Qualification in (business) IT or equivalent functionally related field
- Experience coordinating technical projects or workstreams in collaboration with business teams, external partners, and service providers
- Hands-on experience implementing, integrating, configuring, or supporting PIM, MDM, or comparable enterprise applications
- Practical experience with data modelling, workflow design, and process automation
- Knowledge of software development (preferably JavaScript and/or Java) is an advantage
- Good understanding of system architecture, integration technologies (REST, SOAP), APIs, and data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, end-to-end mindset and the ability to communicate technical topics to different audiences
- Fluent German and good English language skills
