Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision packaging during the entire development phase
- Development and realisation of creative and sustainable packaging concepts in close cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners on an international level
- Assessing packaging designs based on technical drawings and samples
- Determining materials, tool technologies and capacities as well as quality parameters and test methods for packaging materials
- Tendering and price negotiation for packaging development projects
- Ensuring the process capability of our new developments at our suppliers
- On-site acceptance of pilot and series moulds as well as pilot and first fillings at our external suppliers
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed a degree in packaging engineering or an equivalent course of study
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the design and development of packaging
- Experience with filling machines for cosmetic products is an advantage
- Experience in the design and development of sustainable primary packaging is an advantage ("Design for Recycling"), as well as qualification of sustainable packaging materials
- Experience in managing complex projects, also on an international level
- Confident handling of common MS Office products, especially good Excel skills
- Experience in design thinking and agile working methods as well as an affinity for cosmetics, beauty and trends are an advantage
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
