Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the entire ‘end-to-end’ process of sales and procurement planning in our monthly cycle
- You analyse trends, seasonalities and other influencing factors to make data-based decisions
- Together with Sales and Marketing, you seamlessly integrate campaigns into sales planning
- You determine the launch quantities of new products and continuously optimise the corresponding planning processes
- As the central point of contact, you liaise closely with Marketing, Sales and Purchasing
- You contribute planning interests to cross-divisional projects and work proactively to ensure their success
- With your performance analyses on sales, inventories and reach, you identify potential and identify specific measures
Your Qualifications:
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have relevant experience in sales planning and supply chain, ideally experience in the FMCG environment
- You love numbers, have strong analytical skills and think strategically and entrepreneurially
- You are used to flexible environments, act hands-on and independently
- Dynamism is your thing: you work independently, pragmatically and are flexible.
- Teamwork inspires you - you are communicative, open and bring positive energy.
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
- You are an MS Office professional, especially in Excel, and ideally have experience with SAP or specialised planning software.
