Your responsibilities:

  • Manage consumer requests on our social media accounts (direct messages and comments) for our brands INAO (TikTok & Instagram) and essence (TikTok & Snapchat) 
  • Monitor and report on feedback, online reviews & sentiment 
  • Support with continious optimization and development of our community management and its way of working (processes & tools) 
  • Organize product seedings for community & very engaged consumers 
  • Close collaboration & know how transfer with social media & paid creators team to ensure brand consistency 

Your profile:

  • Academic studies in Economics, Communication or a marketing related subject  
  • At least 2 completed semesters and ideally first practical experience in  
  • marketing in a consumer goods company (FMCG) or a marketing/communication agency  
  • Duration: min. 6 months, ideally starting immediately  
  • High affinity to social media, especially to Tik Tok and Instagram (it is helpful to indicate your own account in the application documents) & all things beauty (a deep love and passion for cosmetics & skincare products) 
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and a high degree of flexibility 
  • Excellent verbal communication & writing skills

  • Fluent German and English   
  • Secure handling of the common MS Office applications
