Your responsibilities:
- Support of our communication managers in the area of content creation/social media marketing (focus on Instagram stories) as well as working together with micro influencers (UGC & relationship building)
- Organic content creation for social media (includes conception, content creation itself & editing with e.g. CapCut)
- Analysis of the content performance as well as market and competitive environment + social media trends
Your profile:
- Academic studies in Economics, Communication or a marketing related subject
- At least 2 completed semesters and ideally first practical experience in marketing in a consumer goods company (FMCG) or a marketing/communication agency
- Duration: min. 6 months, ideally starting immediately
- High affinity to social media, especially to Tik Tok and Instagram (it is helpful to indicate your own account in the application documents) & all things beauty (a deep love and passion for cosmetics & skincare products)
- Familiar with the creation, planning and management of social media content & editing (being skilled with editing apps like CapCut, Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop desirable)
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and a high degree of flexibility
- Fluent German and English
- Secure handling of the common MS Office applications
