From Clean Girl to the next viral aesthetic - TikTok trends are our love language. If you're passionate about social media, culture and turning trends into content that people actually want to watch, join our team and help shape the future of our global social media channels. 

Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

  • You support our Global Social Media Manager with content planning, campaign development, and the creation of social media briefs.
  • You research, conceptualize, and develop organic social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • You conduct competitor, market, and trend analyses with a focus on social media, beauty, and cultural trends to identify new content and campaign opportunities.
  • You edit and optimize photo and video content for social media using tools such as CapCut and Canva, always ensuring platform-specific best practices.
  • You prepare strategic analyses and actionable recommendations on current developments in social media, creator marketing, and platform trends.
  • You support the planning and execution of creator collaborations, from creator research and communication to the development of content briefs.

  • Academic studies in Economics, Communication or a marketing related subject  
  • At least 2 completed semesters and ideally first practical experience in  
    marketing in a consumer goods company (FMCG) or a marketing/communication agency  
  • Duration: min. 6 months, ideally starting immediately  
  • High affinity to social media, especially to Tik Tok and Instagram (it is helpful to indicate your own account in the application documents) & all things beauty (a deep love and passion for cosmetics & skincare products)
  • Familiar with the creation, planning and management of social media content & editing (being skilled with editing apps like CapCut, Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop desirable)
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and a high degree of flexibility
  • Fluent German and English  
  • Secure handling of the common MS Office applications
