Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.
- You support our Global Social Media Managers with content planning and the creation of social media briefs.
- You research, conceptualize, and develop organic social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- You conduct competitor, market, and trend analyses with a focus on social media, beauty, and cultural trends to identify new content opportunities.
- You independently create and edit organic photo and video content for social media using tools such as CapCut and Canva, always ensuring platform-specific best practices.
- You prepare strategic analyses and derive actionable recommendations based on current developments in social media and platform trends.

- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have completed at least two semesters of your studies and ideally gained initial practical experience in marketing at an FMCG company or a marketing/communications agency.
- You are available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
- You have a strong passion for social media—especially TikTok and Instagram—as well as beauty topics and products (color cosmetics and skincare). Including your personal social media account(s) in your application is a plus.
- You enjoy being in front of the camera and have a strong affinity for creating on-camera content.
- You are confident in creating, planning, and managing content across social media platforms.
- You have initial experience with video editing apps such as TikTok, CapCut, as well as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
- You are a collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, a high level of commitment, and flexibility.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
