Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for optimizing our standard cosmetic products for the brands essence & Catrice, especially with regard to sustainability
- You proactively analyze the standard range in terms of product costs and product performance and derive appropriate recommendations
- You optimize textures under sustainability aspects and our clean standards, as well as more sustainable packaging with shorter supply chains
- You work on the expansion of product capacities with our suppliers
- In your work, you focus on cost-efficient implementation of product optimization within price, quality and timing targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Initial professional background within the consumer goods sector (FMCG), ideally with a focus on sustainability
- Experience in project management
- Proficient in conceptual thinking with excellent communication abilities
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven approach, even when faced with high-pressure situations
- Strong team orientation and adaptability to change
- Confident handling of MS Office
- German at native speaker level and very good written and spoken English
