Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for operational purchasing and procurement for our products and you act as the contact point for our more than 70 suppliers worldwide
- You are responsible for coordinating and tracking delivery priorities and ensuring that product deliveries are made on time and in the right quantities
- You ensure the short and medium-term production capacities required by our external partners
- You work closely with our demand planning team in relation to monthly and annual order planning
- You will be responsible for complaints management and participate in cross-functional project work
- You prepare regular evaluations in purchasing controlling / key figure analyses
Your Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing & procurement, especially with international suppliers and in the FMCG industry
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Confident handling of common MS Office products, especially very good knowledge of Excel
- Very good knowledge of SAP R/3
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as an independent and solution-orientated way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
