Your job:
- You independently manage products of one of our brands – from development to market launch
- You ensure regulatory compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle (EU Cosmetics Regulation, FDA)
- You review ingredients, raw material data sheets, and claims, and ensure correct product labeling
- You maintain product data in SAP RD and register products in the CPNP portal
- You act as a key contact for internal teams and external manufacturing partners
- You collaborate with laboratories and institutes and contribute to process optimization and digitalization in regulatory affairs
- You monitor regulatory changes and support implementation of updates
Your profile:
- Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar)
- Initial experience in regulatory affairs or quality assurance, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulations (EU, FDA, etc.)
- Experience with SAP RD and the CPNP portal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong team spirit
- Interest in regulatory trends and digital tools
