Your Responsibilities:

  • Quality is important to you - you ensure the quality of our entire product portfolio
  • You will be responsible for processing complaints - from accepting complaints and analyzing the causes of complaints to defining and following up on measures
  • You optimize our complaints management in cooperation with relevant internal departments
  • You are the contact person for our colleagues from the Quality Assurance department in our warehouse 
  • The procurement, recording and maintenance of master data in SAP also falls within your area of responsibility
  • You procure initial production samples from our international suppliers or our marketing department and check and manage these samples
  • You will provide support in responding to quality-related end user complaints

Your Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship with a scientific background or have professional experience in quality assurance and complaints management
  • You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility 
  • Your way of working is characterized by independence, diligence, quick comprehension and solution orientation 
  • You are an excellent team player with strong organizational and communication skills 
  • You are confident in using common MS Office applications and ideally have application-oriented SAP knowledge 
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
