As part of the Controlling team at cosnova, you will actively help steer a rapidly growing, international company. The role offers a broad range of responsibilities through close collaboration within the team and with numerous interfaces across the company. A particular focus is on preparing the budget and forecast as a cornerstone for the following year’s strategic direction—working closely with the Executive Board and management.

- Independently prepare and present budget and forecast planning for an international hub (e.g. MENA or LatAm), including revenue planning, scenario analysis, and predictive analytics
- Holistically manage and analyze the regional profit and loss statement in close collaboration with the Hub Lead, including deriving concrete recommendations for action
- Plan and manage key cost blocks such as cost of goods sold (including assortment and portfolio decisions), as well as personnel and travel expenses
- Evaluate strategic and operational projects using profitability analyses and prepare ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making
- Work closely with the Hub Lead on the further development of the regional strategy, and independently prepare and present decision-making materials at top management level
- Actively contribute to monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB), ensuring high data quality for regional steering
- Continuously develop controlling systems (potentially as a key user), steering logic, and management reporting

- Degree in Business Administration/Economics (or a comparable commercial qualification)
- Preferably at least four years of experience in controlling
- Industry experience in consumer goods (FMCG) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and process understanding with an affinity for data-driven analyses, scenario planning, and KPI development
- Structured, independent working style with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Hands-on mentality in a dynamic, international environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear, audience-appropriate way
- Strong team player with openness to new topics and projects
- Fluent, very strong English skills (spoken and written) essential for the team and international setup, German is a plus, also Spanish, Arabic or French are advantageous
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; good SAP and BI knowledge (e.g., Infor BI and/or Tableau) advantageous
