Responsibilities:

You will be working as a Marketing Expert for all our worldwide regions with a focus on PoS solutions and all related processes in a highly dynamic cross functional team. Your main responsibilities as an PoS expert within this team will be:
  • Developing tailor-made PoS solutions like displays and floorstands for our local partners and ensuring best possible product placement using our 3D tool 
  • Supporting our holistic brand appearance at the PoS over all relevant international markets
  • Professionally managing retail related projects
  • Tracking retail trends proactively
  • Application of assortment strategy incl. analytical steps within our update process
  • You are a reliable contact person for local partners (distributors, joint ventures, subsidiaries), cosnova sales team, Global PoS Marketing and other relevant departments

Qualifications:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent academic qualification
  • Professional experience in PoS / Retail Marketing or related Marketing fields is a plus
  • Very good know how of the international colour cosmetics market is advantageous
  • High interest in different countries, cultures as well as local peculiarities
  • Very strong project management skills
  • Very good communication skills, sovereignty and liability in appearance
  • Team orientation and openness to changes
  • Strong MS Office skills required, SAP basic knowledge is a plus
  • Very good English and German skills
