Responsibilities:
You will be working as a Marketing Expert for all our worldwide regions with a focus on PoS solutions and all related processes in a highly dynamic cross functional team. Your main responsibilities as an PoS expert within this team will be:
- Developing tailor-made PoS solutions like displays and floorstands for our local partners and ensuring best possible product placement using our 3D tool
- Supporting our holistic brand appearance at the PoS over all relevant international markets
- Professionally managing retail related projects
- Tracking retail trends proactively
- Application of assortment strategy incl. analytical steps within our update process
- You are a reliable contact person for local partners (distributors, joint ventures, subsidiaries), cosnova sales team, Global PoS Marketing and other relevant departments
Qualifications:
- Marketing degree or equivalent academic qualification
- Professional experience in PoS / Retail Marketing or related Marketing fields is a plus
- Very good know how of the international colour cosmetics market is advantageous
- High interest in different countries, cultures as well as local peculiarities
- Very strong project management skills
- Very good communication skills, sovereignty and liability in appearance
- Team orientation and openness to changes
- Strong MS Office skills required, SAP basic knowledge is a plus
- Very good English and German skills
