Responsibilities:
- Independent support and handling of the day-to-day operations of our national and international e-commerce customers
- Joint customer management with the responsible Key Account Manager
- Support and further development of our e-commerce marketplaces, especially on Amazon
- Support in the analysis of sales data, deriving recommendations for action and creating and maintaining listing data
- Collaboration on internal, cross-customer projects
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a business degree, ideally with an e-commerce focus
- Experience in supporting e-commerce customers and/or marketplaces (e.g. Amazon), preferably in the consumer goods sector
- Quick comprehension, analytical ability and high customer focus
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Familiar with MS Office, particularly very good Excel skills, ideally also knowledge of SAP
