Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

  • Independently track and analyze local trends, market developments, and product-related consumer needs in the LATAM region
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of own brand performance as well as competitor activities to derive actionable insights
  • Independent development of the assortment & placement  strategy for the LATAM region 
  • Implementation of product placement within our 3D tool
  • Act as a professional and trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders on assortment-related topics
  • Plan and manage the regional update process, ensuring alignment with all internal and external milestones
  • Identify opportunities for regional product concepts and brief them to Global Product Marketing
  • Serve as a sparring partner to Global Product Marketing in the development of regional products (e.g., shades, artwork, design adaptations)
  • Proactive development of regional product ideas and briefing to global product marketing, sparring partner for product marketing in the development of regional products
  • Conceptualize and develop regional hotspot displays 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, POS, and Communication/Digital Marketing teams within the regional hub 
  • Travel to the region approximately twice per year

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent academic qualification 
  • Several years of professional experience in Product management, Marketing and Product development (cosmetics industry) 
  • Strong understanding of the international color cosmetics market 
  • High interest in different countries, cultures, and local market specifics 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Excellent communication skills with confident and professional presence 
  • Team-oriented with openness to change 
  • Fluent in English. Spanish and German skills are a plus
