As the Brand Community Experience Manager at cosnova you will play a crucial role in leveraging our strong social media following to build and nurture thriving brand communities for our two strong brands essence and Catrice. This role goes beyond traditional CRM, focusing on community building, digital communication, and activation to create personalized brand experiences. We are looking for a marketer with exceptional expertise in brand community building and a broad knowledge in social media, CRM, digital engagement, and activation.
 

Your job:

  • Develop cosnova’s brand community experience strategy together with our brands and colleagues
  • Implement personalized brand community programs that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand loyalty and sympathy
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage and grow our community, fostering meaningful connections with our consumers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of community programs with overall marketing strategies
  • Analyze data and insights to continuously optimize and scale community programs for international markets
  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in community engagement

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in brand community building, social media management, and digital communication
  • Beneficial to have:
    • working experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry
    • Familiarity with international markets and cultural nuances.
    • Proficiency in social media analytics tools
  • Broad understanding of various marketing channels and a specialized focus on community building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique community initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Languages: Fluent German and English is a must
