Are you passionate about culture, communities and global brand building? Then we can’t wait to meet you! As Senior Culture and Community Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will shape how we grow our brands essence and Catrice with communities around the world – strategically, creatively and with real impact. You will build on successful pilot projects in Europe and bring scalable global approaches to life with our international markets.

Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

As part of the global marketing organization, you will:

  • Strategically evolve our global community marketing approach and translate local and regional learnings into global frameworks, benchmarks and playbooks
  • Conceptualize and co-create community-driven campaigns and brand concepts in close collaboration with global brand teams
  • Manage and coordinate community activities (e.g., community management on social media, community events, exchanges and co-creations with our superfans) across international markets and act as a strategic sparring partner for local teams
  • Build brand communities, activate existing community structures and identify new pop-culture-relevant (micro-)communities along our Build – Leverage – Grow approach
  • Monitor global culture, social and community trends and derive strategic impulses for brands and markets
  • Develop and implement measures to strengthen the pop-cultural relevance of our brands and embed them sustainably

  • Have several years of experience in (digital) marketing, brand management or community marketing on a strategic level
  • Have strong experience working with international teams or in global projects
  • Think strategically, work in a structured way and maintain a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
  • Are genuinely passionate about community, pop culture, digital trends and brand building
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English – communication feels easy to you in any language
  • Enjoy international collaboration and working in a global environment.
