- Global AI Discovery & GEO Strategy: You develop our global roadmap from traditional SEO towards an integrated approach combining SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization and AI Discovery, translating technological developments into tangible growth opportunities for cosnova.
- Cross-LLM Measurement & AI Visibility: You build a global measurement framework for our visibility and recommendation quality across different LLMs, AI search experiences, markets and languages, turning insights into actionable optimization measures.
- Structured Data & Content Ecosystem: Together with Digital Commerce, MarTech, IT, Data and our content teams, you optimize product data, technical foundations and our wider content and source ecosystem for AI-based discovery and future shopping agents.
- Experimentation & Agentic Commerce: You establish a structured test-and-learn approach across different LLMs, platforms and markets and work with relevant teams to prepare cosnova for the opportunities of Agentic Commerce.
- Global Center of Excellence: You build our global GEO & AI Discovery Center of Excellence, develop playbooks, guidelines and training programs and establish GEO as a global capability across brands, markets and functions.

- SEO, Commerce & AI Expertise: You bring seven to ten years of experience in at least two of the following areas: Technical SEO, Organic Search, Digital Commerce or AI Search, and have a proven track record of building new digital capabilities, processes or Centers of Excellence.
- LLM & Technical Know-how: You understand how search engines, retrieval systems and Large Language Models discover, evaluate and synthesize information and bring hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt testing and LLM evaluation.
- Data & Tech Expertise: You bring strong expertise in Technical SEO and structured data as well as experience with product data, PIM/DAM, product feeds or Knowledge Graphs and relevant analytics, search, SEO, BI and GEO measurement tools.
- Analytical & Commercial Mindset: You translate complex technological and analytical signals into clear commercial recommendations, critically evaluate new technologies and turn them into scalable solutions.
- Builder & Connector: You think globally and strategically while enjoying hands-on work and bring strong communication and influencing skills within an international matrix organization – including with senior management. Excellent English skills complete your profile.
