Do you love not just managing HR, but making it smarter? Are you passionate about systems, data, and AI? Then you’ve come to the right place. Our new hire for this position brings a passion for HR systems and AI and will also be responsible for: 

  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding
  • Serving as the point of contact for external payroll and providing support on payroll-related matters
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor, tax, and social security regulations as well as internal HR guidelines
  • Analyzing, optimizing, and automating HR processes
  • Driving HR systems, tools, and data-driven decisions
  • Creating and refining HR reports and KPIs
  • Helping shape HR projects (digitalization, AI, new standards)

  • Experience in HR Operations / HR Services
  • Knowledge of payroll processes as well as labor and social security law
  • Strong affinity for HR systems, data (quality), and new technologies (including AI)
  • Enjoy working in depth with HR systems and driving innovation
  • Structured, independent work style with an eye for the big picture
  • Confidence as a point of contact for employees and managers
