We are looking for a committed individual with profound professional or cultural background in LATAM or MENA who can enrich our team with valuable insights, creativity, and strategic thinking. Join our dynamic environment and shape the future of influencer marketing with us!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and recruiting suitable influencers as well as designing innovative collaborations for LATAM or MENA
  • Planning, implementing, and analyzing influencer campaigns, events, and send-outs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, opinion leaders, and brand ambassadors
  • Defining and optimizing success KPIs in influencer marketing
  • Developing creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Managing external partners and agencies and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Budget management

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a comparable discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Passion for social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and a keen eye for trends
  • Familiarity with the beauty and lifestyle influencer scene; experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
  • Proven expertise or cultural connection to LATAM or MENA
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent organizational skills
  • Fluency in German and English; additional language skills (Spanish or Arabic) are a must
  • Open-mindedness, initiative, and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel
