Your Responsibilities:
- Identifying and recruiting suitable influencers as well as designing innovative collaborations for LATAM or MENA
- Planning, implementing, and analyzing influencer campaigns, events, and send-outs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, opinion leaders, and brand ambassadors
- Defining and optimizing success KPIs in influencer marketing
- Developing creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Managing external partners and agencies and mentoring junior colleagues
- Budget management
Your Profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a comparable discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
- Passion for social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and a keen eye for trends
- Familiarity with the beauty and lifestyle influencer scene; experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
- Proven expertise or cultural connection to LATAM or MENA
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills (Spanish or Arabic) are a must
- Open-mindedness, initiative, and team spirit
- Willingness to travel
