Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

  • You identify and recruit suitable influencers and develop innovative collaborations for the DACH region
  • You plan, manage and analyze influencer campaigns, events and product send-outs
  • You build and actively maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, opinion leaders and brand ambassadors
  • You define, analyze and continuously optimize success KPIs in influencer marketing
  • You continuously develop the influencer marketing strategy for the DACH region and derive sustainable measures to strengthen brand positioning and drive growth
  • You conceptualize creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue
  • You manage and coordinate external partners and agencies
  • You are responsible for budget management within your area

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a comparable field
  • Several years of solid, hands-on experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong passion for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, with a keen sense for trends
  • In-depth knowledge of the beauty and lifestyle influencer landscape, ideally combined with experience in the cosmetics industry
  • Strategic mindset paired with creativity and strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Open-minded personality with a high level of initiative and strong team spirit
