Your job:

  • Play a pivotal role in crafting and shaping a robust internal control system by capturing existing control mechanisms, designing new ones, and ensuring their effective implementation and documentation
  • Assist our international group companies in optimally adapting and enhancing their local controls by providing them with your expertise and experience
  • Utilize your analytical skills to conduct data analyses for key control areas. Derive improvement measures and work closely with teams to implement them
  • Be a key advocate for fraud prevention by proactively communicating relevant topics and capturing fraud cases to make our organization even more secure
  • Create regular and meaningful reports for senior management, providing them with clear insights into the performance and effectiveness of our internal controls

Your profile:

  • Completed academic (commercial) degree or equivalent qualification (with focus on finance, controlling, audit etc.)
  • Relevant professional experience in the area of internal control systems, auditing and/or process analysis and optimization
  • Skilled in project management / controlling and data analyses, preferably understanding of FMCG business processes
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently, with a structured way of working and a high standard of quality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
