Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.
- Build and further develop an internal control system by capturing and documenting existing processes and control mechanisms
- Actively advise business departments on the design and implementation of new, pragmatic mechanisms to close control gaps
- Advise and support international group companies in adapting local controls
- Conduct data analyses for key controls, derive improvement measures, and support their implementation
- Regularly communicate current topics related to fraud prevention and document fraud cases
- Prepare regular reports for management

- Completed degree, ideally with a focus on finance, auditing, or controlling, or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in internal control systems, auditing, and/or process analysis and optimization
- Strong business acumen, as well as knowledge of project management/controlling and data analysis
- Team player with an independent and structured working style, combined with a high level of quality awareness
- Strong communication skills, with a collaborative yet confident presence across all hierarchical levels
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
