In this responsible position, you will work closely with our Director Tax & Corporate and be part of a three-person team of experts. You can expect a variety of challenging tasks in an environment characterized by fast decision-making and ample creative freedom. Your job:
- Further development and optimization of tax processes within the tax department as well as at the interfaces to other company departments and affiliated companies
- Advising and training internal stakeholders on tax-related topics and drafting relevant guidelines
- Monitoring legal changes and assessing their impact on our tax structure and compliance requirements
- Managing and defending external tax audits
- Acting as a point of contact for tax-related questions within the group
- Supporting the legal department by drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in tax consulting or in the tax department of a company (at least 5 years)
- In-depth knowledge of national tax law (VAT, corporate taxes, withholding taxes); experience in international tax law is a plus
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office; ideally familiar with SAP
- A completed tax advisor exam is desirable but not a must
